Did you miss it? October is Pastor -Appreciation Month!

Be there when a child is born or when a person dies, lead a service more times than you can think..missing meals if that means being available for this person or that. Do you know that feeling?
A message that you are convicted to preach that almost everyone in your family may not understand or people turn away from you because they don't want to hear about The Love and Just Ways of The Lord. Or you want to be loving but that may mean saying NO when in some way you'd rather say YES but The conviction. Knee deep in Prayer and in Scripture staying sharp and even rebuking  all day long. With all this we have pastors who do care and who do want to be available to you .They also need your prayers and your gentle words. News Flash: They are People too. They use toilet paper like you and me. Send a loving Thank you card or buy lunch for your pastor.As for me and my pastors Rick and Pat. I love you both!

SERVICE-House Keeping

Order. We Need that in every area of ours Lives. One thing That The Lord does is Clean up your house. You want that. You want that? No one stuck with Jesus as He was taken, beaten, and given up at The Cross.Disowned by His own Disciples? Saints? Yes. He did come back(He rose again!) and He did Forgive them and He did still show them love and they are well right now. So at church there are people who work on keeping things organized. In The Offices, In The Sanctuary, In The Books, Leaders leading right. Fresh cut grass, vacuums on and running, trash taken out. 

SERVICE-Prayer Warriors

You believe that The Word of God is True-then you Believe that Prayer is Real and He not only hears you but He can help you-wants to help you. Prayer Warriors believe that..They Believe that Prayer is a First Resort not a last, never thought of strength! We need Prayer Warriors approaching Boldly ! It takes effort , Focus, compassion, and a love for The Lord.If you are not sure if this is your calling ask HIM. Hebrews 4:15-16 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need
